SIMONA is committed to an international growth strategy that includes achieving a number of ambitious goals:


-  We want to improve people's quality of life in a sustainable and resource-efficient manner by providing
   high-calibre products and services in a range of different areas, e.g. environmental and energy technology,
   life sciences and the utilities sector.
-  We want to generate global sales revenue of EUR 500 million by 2012, through organic growth
   and acquisitions.
-  We want to penetrate new regional growth markets, particularly in Eastern Europe and South America.
-  We want to position ourselves as a premium supplier within the global arena, while drawing on and further
   extending the unique strengths of the SIMONA brand: quality, diligence and reliability.
-  At the same time, we want to maintain our independence from others, an essential pillar of our
   corporate success.
-  We want to develop our team worldwide and recruit high-achievers from our own ranks and beyond.
